By accessing this website, booking a demo call, or using any of the clinic systems NAXtech provides, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

NAXtech designs, builds, and maintains digital infrastructure for aesthetic clinics, medical spas, and beauty practices. Our services include high-converting booking websites, missed-call text-back automation, 5-star review funnels, local SEO, and related ongoing technical support.

Specific deliverables, pricing, and scope are defined in the plan you select and any written agreement we execute with your practice.

By providing your cell phone number and consenting on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from NAXtech. The following terms apply to all SMS communications:

• Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to opt out of marketing SMS communications at any time. You will be removed from the marketing list and may receive a confirmation message.
• Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance or support with your SMS subscription.
• Carrier liability disclaimer: NAXtech is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages caused by your mobile carrier, network provider, or device.
• Message & data rates: Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Check with your carrier for details.
• Message frequency: Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication (appointment reminders, offers, service updates).

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when booking a demo or using our services, and to keep your account and contact details up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials associated with systems we build or manage for your practice.

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local regulation.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Send unsolicited SMS or use our messaging tools to violate carrier or A2P 10DLC rules.
• Misrepresent NAXtech or use our brand assets without written permission.

All content, branding, designs, code, and materials created by NAXtech remain our intellectual property unless otherwise assigned in writing. Client-provided content (logos, photos, clinic information) remains the property of the client, who grants us a license to use it to build and maintain their systems.

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive for high performance and uptime, NAXtech does not guarantee specific business results, revenue, or patient acquisition outcomes, which depend on many factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NAXtech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including any lost revenue or patient bookings. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NAXtech operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
